How products are selected
Once a supplier partnership is confirmed, every item passes through four filters before it appears in our store.
Planet-friendly materials
We prioritise bamboo, organic cotton, stainless steel, glass, and compostable materials. Petroleum-based plastics and non-recyclable composites are out.
Plastic-free packaging
Suppliers must ship to us, and ideally to customers, without single-use plastic wrapping. Compostable or recycled packaging is a must.
Ethical production
We look for fair labour practices, transparent factories, and makers who treat workers and communities with respect.
Function-first design
A product has to work as well as, or better than, the disposable it replaces. We test it in real kitchens before listing.
Fulfilment options
We use a mix of fulfilment models so we can balance low waste, cost fairness, and fast delivery.
Dropshipping partners
For larger or specialist items, we work with dropshipping suppliers who ship directly to customers. This lets us test demand without holding bulky inventory.
Wholesale stocking
Hero products and fast-moving essentials are bought in bulk and shipped from our own fulfilment point. This gives us control over packing quality and dispatch speed.
Local & indie makers
We partner with small UK and European makers who craft low-volume, high-quality goods. These products bring uniqueness and support independent businesses.
Brand collaborations
Where it makes sense, we co-develop exclusive bundles or branded reusables with vetted sustainable brands — always with clear, honest labelling.
Quality checks before anything goes live
Every product is physically evaluated or reviewed against documented samples. If it doesn't pass, it doesn't get listed — no matter how pretty the marketing photos are.
We're also committed to honest listings. Each product page will show material facts, packaging details, and end-of-life guidance so customers know exactly what they're buying.

From supplier confirmation to storefront

Supplier outreach
We identify and contact makers, wholesalers, and dropshipping networks aligned with our values.
Screening & sampling
Samples are ordered, materials checked, and initial packaging audits are completed.
Partnership confirmation
Terms, pricing, and fulfilment flows are agreed and signed.
Product drop-in
Confirmed products are added to Shopify and automatically appear in the relevant storefront categories.
