UK delivery
2–4 working days. Free over £40, otherwise £3.95.
EU delivery
5–10 working days. Rolling out as fulfilment partners come online.
Plastic-free packaging
Recycled cardboard, paper tape, shredded paper void fill.
30-day returns
Unused items in original packaging are fully refundable.
Shipping
Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves our fulfilment partners. Some specialist items ship directly from supplier partners and may take a little longer — this is always noted on the product page.
Returns
You can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on opened brushes, bottles, food storage or personal-care items unless they're faulty.
To start a return, email hello@thezerowastekitchen.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer except where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or anything is missing, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
